These plain-language terms cover using this website and engaging Chez Frey (Adam Frey). Any actual project is governed by a specific written quote or agreement, which takes precedence over this page.

The services

Chez Frey provides digital systems and service design — process mapping, redesign, no-code and AI-assisted builds, and website work. The exact scope, deliverables and price for any engagement are set out in a written quote you approve before work begins.

Not professional engineering services

Adam Frey holds a P.Eng. licence as a professional credential. Chez Frey does not provide regulated professional engineering services, and nothing here should be taken as such.

Quotes & payment

• Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.
• A deposit may be required before work starts, with the balance invoiced as agreed.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Invoices are due by the date stated on them.
• Third-party platform costs (hosting, no-code plans, API usage) are billed in addition, as noted in the quote.

Your work and ownership

On full payment, you own the deliverables created for your project. I may show the work in my portfolio unless we agree otherwise, and I will never publish sensitive or confidential information.

Reasonable limits

I deliver work with professional care, but the website and services are provided “as is” without guarantees of a specific outcome. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the fees paid for the work in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
