Privacy policy

Last updated: November 2026

Chez Frey (Adam Frey) runs this website at chezfrey.ca. This policy explains, in plain language, what information is collected and how it is handled. I keep data minimal, secure, and never sell it.

What I collect

  • Information you choose to send through the contact form — your name, email, organization (optional), and the details of your enquiry.
  • Any emails you send me directly.

The site uses no tracking cookies and no invasive trackers.

Why I collect it

Only to respond to your enquiry and, if we decide to work together, to prepare quotes and deliver the agreed services. I don’t use it for anything else.

How it’s stored and protected

Submissions are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored on a secured server that only I can access. I hold only what I need.

Who it’s shared with

I don’t sell or rent your information. It’s shared only with the service providers needed to operate — for example a payment processor (Stripe) if you later make a payment, or an email provider to reach you. When you pay, your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch my server.

Analytics

If analytics are used, they are privacy-respecting and cookieless — aggregate visit counts only, with no cross-site tracking and no personal profiles.

How long it’s kept

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond or to support an ongoing relationship, and removed on request.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you what I hold, correct it, or delete it at any time — just email adam@chezfrey.ca.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above will be updated. Questions? Email adam@chezfrey.ca.
